The agreement between you and us.
These terms govern your use of FeePrime — what we provide, what you agree to, and how either side can end the relationship. FeePrime is a software service published by FeePerfect AG, a company registered in Zug, Switzerland. By creating an account, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you administer through the service. Web and mobile software for running a business: storefront, payments, accounting, inventory, members, reports, and AI assistance over your own data. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Anyone with your credentials can act as you inside the system; we cannot tell otherwise. You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or overload our infrastructure. You own the business data you put into FeePrime. We hold it in trust to operate the service for you. You can export your data at any time as CSV or JSON. On account closure we delete or anonymise it within 90 days unless law requires longer retention. Free tiers are free; paid tiers are billed in USD on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a paid period unless required by local law. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, threatens the security of the platform, or fails to pay outstanding fees. We will tell you why and, where possible, give you a chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time from the settings page or by emailing support@fee.cm. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, FeePrime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Zug, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country says otherwise. We may revise these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. SEE ALSO1 · Who we are
