Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us.
1 · What we collect
Account data: name, email or phone, password hash, language and currency preferences.
Business data: anything you choose to put into your books — contacts, products, transactions, members, attachments.
Usage telemetry: IP address, browser, page visited, error logs. Used only to keep the service working and secure.
2 · Why we collect it
To operate the service you signed up for, fulfil our contract with you, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations such as tax and anti-fraud reporting.
AI features process your data only on your explicit instruction (e.g. a question you ask the assistant). Outputs are not used to train shared models.
3 · Where it lives
Primary storage and backups are hosted in the European Union and Switzerland. Some operational tools (email delivery, error tracing) may process metadata in other jurisdictions under standard contractual clauses.
4 · Who else sees it
Members of your own organisation, according to the roles you assign.
Sub-processors that we vet and contractually bind: hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI inference. A current list is available on request.
Authorities, only when compelled by valid legal process. We will notify you unless legally prohibited.
5 · Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion, and objection. Most of these are self-serve from the settings page; for the rest, write to support@fee.cm.
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6 · Retention
Active account: as long as your account is open. Closed account: deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where law requires longer (typically 7–10 years for accounting records).
7 · Children
FeePrime is not intended for use by children under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will close the account.
